Volunteer
Our volunteers keep us going.
Volunteers are the heartbeat of our Downtown East services. With over 100 active volunteers, we find meaningful ways for the community to serve with us.
All volunteers working with children and youth must provide a recent police check and vulnerable sector screening. In addition, interested volunteers must complete mandatory abuse prevention training courses for working with children and youth.
We welcome the following volunteer opportunities:
-
College Students
-
High-school students
-
Newcomers
-
Corrections
-
Corporate partners
-
Community members
-
Families
